MY FAMOUS PIGGIES & MY LOVELY PETS
I was approached by a friend of mine at dog training one night and was asked if a photograper could come round and take some photos of my piggies for a new advert they where filming (EGGCREDIT CARD) I was just so excited, anyway the photos where taken and quite a few of my piggies where choosen for a few of the adverts, I was just so proud of them!! they was a few days filming for the different adverts, and they even had a sleep over in the studios so they where packed off with plenty of food, water bottles, bedding and of course a big cuddle! Then it was a waiting game just watching TV to see the first of the adverts come out, one the first one I received loads of text and emails from people saying they had seen the adverts, I even had to print a picture of my Coffee and sign if for one of the blokes I worked with for his daughter as she was in love with him, and her dad said we give Sally our papers for their cages!!! - I kept trying to tape the adverts but had so much else on the tape that I contacted Eggcredit Card and the sent me a cd with the first 2 adverts on!
Coffee my slate boar - he appeared in a few of the adverts but the one everyone remembers him in was the one where he worm his Jim Jams!! he was sooooooooooooooo lovely.
Coffee was sadley PTS on the 25/8/06 he had a really large tumour and was starting to suffer - sleep well my lovely boy I have so many happy memories of you and you will always hold a special place in my heart.
2 of my Cream Dutch Holly and Oak played large parts in the latest adverts - one was skiing, bless them both, well I want to share these funny pictures and story with you all. I am so proud to own such stars!!!
This was the picture that was taken at my house when they where chosing the guinea pigs they wanted to use in the latest advert, Holly and Oak, bless them, they look so cute and scared, well my friend Jenny from Jencam Cavies runs the Top 100 cavies forum and was asking for pictures of different breeds of piggies so I posted this one, well she found it so funny that she played about with the picture and posted this one back with a caption - HOW FAST IS YOUR DRIVING!!!

Honey my cream sheltie sow, she was the one that had the red dress on and kicked her leg out at the end!!
I also had a lovely piggy called MAY she played the taxi driver, she sadley died after her claim to fame - I still have many happy memories of her and will always remember her being such a star, I was very very proud of her.
I also have quite a few other piggies that played in the first 2 adverts but didnt play big parts where just really in the back ground including May's sister April.
Meet PRADA, my lovely abby / peruvian cross, she is a birthday present from my friend Jo and she came from Naomi at Cacophony Cavies, I am so pleased with her, what a lovely present, trouble is I was after a new pet and saw Naomi advertising these lovely babies, the one I wanted was PRADA and Jo had already reserved her, I was so disapointed that Jo told me she was mine - so I ruined my birthday suprise! sorry but I am so so pleased with her she is a little sweety - SEE MY ABYRUVIAN PAGE!!!

Whispa also paid a part in the latest Eggcredit Card advert which was on TV Jan / Feb 2007 - she is alovely pet and has done really well in the Pet classes - see her achievments under my show report section.
***On a very sad note my poor Whispa sadley died on the 21st May 08 giving birht to her still born babies - I am to gutted for words, she will always have a special place in my heart and I have her memories of playing a part in the Eggcredit Card Adverts and her winning Best Pet and numerous rossettes***
Red - My Pink Eyed Golden Sow, I have done quite a few shows with her she is a nice size pig and I always come home with a place or to from her - Red is now retired from breeding as she had 8 babies over 3 days all of which where dead she can now enjoy coming to more shows with me and eating loads of nice green grass!
I have a few pet guniea pigs and love showing them in the pet classes at shows and have done quite well with them so far, my stud will never be with out my pet pigs.
Meet Dhillon my peruvian x boar he has such a lovely face, he is cute.
Dhillon will be appearing in the new Eggcredit Card Advert as a Hairdresser!!!!!!
Sadley Dhillon died day after Boxing Day and he was only 8 months old - I will be so proud of him seeing him on TV!!!!
*** 2 of my Cream Dutch played in the new advert Jan 07 - they where Oak my boar and Holly my sow, they played twins and at the end of the advert Oak was water skiing apparently their used fans to make his ears blow bless him ***
